Krechkovsky/Loucks Duo

The Krechkovsky/Loucks Duo is a highly-acclaimed and sought after violin/piano ensemble. Worldwide performances include Montreal Chamber Music Festival, the Great Hall at Town Hall Seattle, the Stony Brook Faculty Recital Series in New York and the Moulin d'Andé in France. Recent projects include an artist residency at The Banff Centre, a recording for Parma Recordings in Boston, and solo concerto performances with the UC Irvine Symphony Orchestra in California. In 2012 the Duo was selected by the Consortium of Southern California Chamber Music Presenters as Winners of the prestigious Beverly Hills Audition. Iryna Krechkovsky has recently been awarded the use of a 1689 "Baumgartner" Stradivarius from the Canada Council for the Arts instrument bank.
